Phase III – School and Office Improvements

The final phase of the Master Plan envisions improvements to the school and cafeteria – as well as a new office setting for the parish staff. This work would involve the construction of a two-story addition on the site of the existing cafeteria. This new space would house parish offices on the first floor (lower level – street level, facing St. Joseph Lane); and a science lab and classrooms on the second floor.

A new cafeteria and kitchen would be built on the north side of the original school building (first floor), with a new art room and other classrooms above the new cafeteria. Other classroom enhancements would be made throughout the building. The current Parish Office would be demolished to make room for these improvements.

When Phase III is complete, all the major components of the parish facilities—church and gathering space, school, gym, parish center—would be connected, with handicap accessibility throughout.
